Labour department which it is interconnected with Immigration department. Mainly for sponsors family visa, free zone visa and local servant visa is directly connected with Immigration department, but for Employment visa all the companies in UAE wants to apply in labour department. The steps taken by companies and labour department are:

Step 1: Apply Quota

Step 2: Labour Department – 1. Check with the professions which is suits for that applying person. 2. Check with that person has any cases or problems.

Step 3: After getting quota approval we need to pay fees as like the company grade.

      • Grade C- 2070/-

Step 4: Need to Pay Bank Guarantee of AED: 3030/-

Step 5: After doing all this steps from labour department we need to move Immigration Department.

Step 6: In Immigration Department we need to pay as that person status

Step 7: After finishing all this 6 steps we can get Employment visa from Immigration department.
