Family Visa
Typing for new and renewal of your family visa.
Here are the documents that the sponsor and spouse will need to bring to the typing office:
- The application form available from the typing center at the immigration department.
- Two photographs of the sponsored spouse, always have extra photographs handy as a precaution.
- The original entry permit of the sponsored spouse, this could be a tourist visa.
- The original passports of the sponsor and the spouse and their photocopies.
- Original and valid medical certificate.
- Sponsor’s employment contract, attested.
- Sponsor’s salary certificate, attested.
- Sponsor’s residence visa and copy.
- Tenancy contract in the sponsor’s name or if company provided.
- Health insurance for spouse.
- Duly attested marriage certificate.
Family Visa Application Typing
Residence of UAE can sponsor their wife, children, parents and their family members. How ever proper supportive documents are required. Married couples can sponsor each other for a residence visa in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the rest of the UAE.
Required Documents for applying Family Visa:
- Prepaid Family Visa Application (we type in our Typing Center)
- Passport copies sponsored
- One photograph with white background
- Sponsor’s passport copy including visa page, Labour Agreement copy and Emirates ID copy
For wife
- Attested Marriage CertificateTenancy Contract.
- It has to be attested through Ejari online system.
For Children
- Attested Birth Certificate of child
Employment Contract to be attested from Immigration Department, provided that the salary shall not be less than Dh4000 or Dh3000 + accommodation. If the Applicant works with government or semi-government department, then salary certificate does not need attestation.
Non-eligible professions include: Light Vehicle Driver, Messenger, Eye Glasses Salesman, Maintenance Mechanic General etc.
